Chance Parker

Chance Parker

Chance has conducted educational, private and public tours all over the country in historic destinations like San Antonio, Key West and Miami. In more than five years in St. Augustine he has written and conducted tours for established operators in virtually every genre. His English Composition degree from Florida Atlantic University and his years of restaurant experience, culminating in the title of Certified Sommelier, make him an expert at informing and entertaining guests.

Sergey Volkov

Sergey Volkov

Originally from Moscow, Sergey immigrated to the US in 2016 and has traveled to over two dozen countries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and comes from the world of fine dining, including time with Michelin-starred chef Joel Robuchon in Miami and New York City. His local hospitality experience at Carriage Way and The Collector Inn gives him booking and customer service skills that are second to none.

Daniel "Scooter" Anderson

Daniel "Scooter" Anderson

With family roots in St. Augustine dating back to 1813 and over 60 years as a lifelong resident, Scooter brings a truly personal connection to the city's past. A U.S. Army veteran with degrees in History and Early Childhood Education and a Master's in Theology, he spent 30 years as an educator before leading and training history tours with Old Town Trolley and the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park.

Jennifer Blasi Clitheroe

Jennifer's passion for history began at 15 on a life-changing trip to Rome. She earned a Master's in Art History and has spent over 30 years guiding in some of the country's most historic destinations. After more than a decade in Charleston she brought her experience to St. Augustine in 2021, where she blends top-notch historical knowledge with unforgettable food experiences on our Culinary Tours.

Victor Debity

Raised in the mountains of East Tennessee, Victor developed a lifelong passion for history that has taken him across 49 U.S. states, much of Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean.

His diverse career includes business ownership, transportation, facilities management, and many years in St. Augustine’s tour industry. That experience gave him both a deep appreciation for the city and a natural ability to connect with visitors from around the world.

Today, Victor combines his love of history with engaging storytelling and genuine Southern hospitality, bringing the people, landmarks, and fascinating stories of America’s oldest city to life on every tour.
